On January 31, 2020, VPA Honor Society had the privilege of hosting the first ever VPA Math Bee. 32 students participated, representing each homeroom class in grades 3rd through 6th. Each classroom held a class-wide competition and then sent 2 representatives to the school-wide Math Bee. Grade level winners include: Laylah Dale (3rd grade), Kimberly Curne (4th grade), Chauncy Simpson (5th grade), and Destiny White (6th grade). The overall winner for the VPA Math Bee was 3rd grader, Laylah Dale.
