Students worked collaboratively in Mrs. Nash’s science class today. They worked together to organize cards into the order of the scientific method and high-fived when they did it correctly. Way to go, Patriots!
Congrats to the MJHS XC Team. Jose Ramirez placed 30th/223 boys. He completed his mile in 13:02.
Dionsay Watkins competed in her first high school 5K, with a time of 23:51. She placed 29th/146 girls.

Happy Fall Y'all! Coach Johnny Washington is our Teacher of the Month for September. Coach Washington is the textbook definition of a GREAT EDUCATOR. He is an awesome communicator and provides phenomenal instruction. Coach Washington also possesses the knowledge and adaptability needed to employ a variety of teaching modes and methods in order to enhance the lives of his students. He keeps his students organized, engaged and on-task while demonstrating a respectful attitude towards his administrators, colleagues and parents.
