STATE BOUND! With 5 buses full of band members and a police escort from the Marion Police Department at the Crittenden County Sheriff's Department, the Marion Patriot Pride Marching Band departed for the State 6A Marching Band Championship early this morning.
Performance time for Marion is 2:45 p.m. this afternoon (Wednesday) at War Memorial Stadium in Little Rock. While there is no live-streaming for this event, we hope to post a video of the performance later this week.

ATTENTION FAMILIES: Beginning with the graduating class of 2027, each Arkansas student must complete 75 hours of community service that is certified by the service agency or organization where the student volunteers. The community service must be in programs or activities that meet the requirements established by the State Board and the District Board of Directors and include preparation, action, and reflection components.
Our schools will work with students to help facilitate this process. Students completing community service work should record their hours on this form, which can be turned in at the school via Naviance: https://5il.co/27gm8
Again, this state requirement will start with members of the Class of 2027 (current 9th graders). Current students in grades 10-12 do not have a community service requirement.
For questions or more information, please contact the Marion Junior High School administration. Thank you!
