Meet Your Chef 👨🍳
Students at MJHS were invited to the library for a unique experience with guest Chef Josh Lankford. Chef Josh is part of the Taher World Chefs team. These chefs travel the world to experience different and unique cuisine. Chef Josh shared a little of his own culture and food from Korea. The students were shared pieces of his travels, family history and the making of Kimchi. Not everyone was a fan of the dish but they all enjoyed the experience and trying something new.

These star students get to class on time between each and EVERY bell. We will continue to pick students each week who are not tardy. These students will receive a FREE ticket to a home game. Great job! Keep watching the time and getting to class ON TIME ALL THE TIME!!!

Congratulations to these responsible students. These STAR STUDENTS all brought a charged Chromebook all week during testing. All the students who came prepared had their name entered into a drawing for a Shake Shack gift card. These are our gift card winners. Getting crafty in science! During RTI time, Mrs. Nash’s students experienced a fun, enrichment lab where they made cup models to show the phases of the moon. As they twist the cup, its shows them a different lunar phase. 🌙

Art club students wanted to create artwork to encourage the rest of the school, so Mrs. Hilder sketched this mural for the Art Club to paint and hang in the hall! More inspiring artwork is in the works!
