VPA raised $2,500 through Go Jim Go for the kids a Le Bonheur Children's Hospital! As a reward, one student from each kindergarten class got to pie Jim, the principals, and the SRO! Congratulations VPA for raising so much money for a good cause!

Ms. Bakers' kindergarten class is reading Last Stop on Market Street in Wit & Wisdom. They worked on adding details to the characters and setting.

4th grade students read a section of The Circulatory Story and created a graffiti wall to show the figurative language and main idea of the text they read. Teachers were invited to visit the classroom to hear short presentations by each group!

Students in Mrs. Banks class were able to do various activities: one to one correspondences, extend and create patterns, and sorting during our Math TALK center time.

Our Krewes Care Coin Drive continued today with Go Jim Go raising money for Le Bonheur Children's Hospital! We are still collecting coins! Remember to bring your dimes tomorrow!!
